This class defines a shared dynamic collection. These are search queries stored in the vault. They are available to any user with the required privileges.

Remarks
Shared dynamic collections can be used to define a customer Find Form in Web Access. This helps users find documents without setting many search criteria.
With Read-Only Web Access, these same pages can also be used to provide a simple interface to users who only need to find and view specific documents.
